So without further ado, let’s get started…

What Should You Do To Prevent Your Hair From Falling Out?

1. Hair Assessment

Like every problem, in order to find the right solution, you need to assess the situation to see exactly what’s going on. Are you doing something wrong? Have you used some chemicals in your hair that is causing the problem? Do you have an illness that could be causing it? Whatever the problem maybe, asking the right questions will lead to the right solution.

If you can answer these questions, then you’ll have a better idea of what could have gone wrong. For example, if you had used a product that you shouldn’t, by simply avoiding that product altogether could reverse the hair loss process. Likewise, you may have a deficiency problem. Maybe your hair is not getting adequate nutrients that are necessary for hair growth and simply supplementing can indeed reverse this problem.

2. Check The Foods That You Are Consuming Regularly

Just like your muscles need adequate amounts of protein to grow and get strong and just as how you need vitamins to build your immune system, your hair also need the right nutrients to grow thick and strong.

The opposite scenario is also true. Eating the wrong foods could also be the culprit to your hair falling out. The best thing to do is to avoid all processed foods and make sure your diet is supplying you with health food choices. Get adequate amounts of protein in your diet and make sure you are taking fish oils and a multivitamin daily. Besides, this essential nutrients are good for your overall health and will help you to keep illnesses at bay.

So a double bang for your buck!

3. Start Treating Your Hair Internally

One of the vest vitamin for hair loss is biotin. You can get adequate amounts of biotin and other proven ingredients to restore your hair from the Foligen Supplement.

According to Lemarc, Foligen is the number one hair loss supplement currently on the market. This will supply your body with the nutrients it need but is difficult for you to get adequate amounts from food alone.

The truth is, no matter how health and strict you are with your diet, unless you eat a truckload of fruits and vegetables daily, it is almost impossible to get all the required nutrients from food along. So the only option is to supplement with an all natural supplement.

4. Treat Your Hair Externally As Well

In order to fully regrow your hair, you’ll need to incorporate a weekly hair regimen. If you have more time on your hands, you can also do this regimen twice per week. The more you do it, the faster you’ll start to see results.

The first thing you need to do is to wash your hair with an all natural shampoo that contains no chemicals. A brand made from aloe-Vera is recommended. You want to stay away from chemicals that can cause more harm than good.

Once you’ve completed this step, rinse your hair and then apply an organic conditioner and add coconut oil and aloe-Vera juice to your hair. Use your finger tips to massage it in fully for no less than 5 minutes. Allow this to stay in your hair for 45minutes to an hour and then rinse out with Luke-warm water.

Towel dry afterwards. Do NOT use a hair dryer at no possible cost.

5. Avoid Using The Wrong Products In Your Hair

We all love to try new things at times. And if you are like me, you are probably subscribed to a lot of beauty channel on YouTube. The problem with this is that more often than not, they are all recommending different products. This makes it very hard for us the viewers to decide what is right for us.

You have to be wise and resist the urge to try everything because you could cause more harm in the long run.

Conclusion

Be positive and optimist my friend. I know losing your hair is not easy but it is also not the end of the world. Follow the tips above and be careful with what you put in your hair and you are on your way to growing your full head of hair back.

Note however, that hair regrowth takes time. I am sure your hair didn’t mysteriously vanish overnight and so you also have to be realistic in your expectations. Follow my tips above but more importantly, be patient with the process. It is best to do a weekly check rather than daily because you may get discouraged if things are not going as fast as you would have wanted them to.
