When you are interested into detoxifying your body, you can try some green smoothies. The advantage is that these green smoothies can do a lot more than detoxifying your body: they boost metabolism and improve general health.


Ingredients for a green smoothie

  • Kale

Kale is an excellent source of fibre, carotenes (lutein, zeastantin and betacarotene), vitamin C, B6, B1 B2, E and minerals like magnesium, copper, iron and calcium. Kale helps you keep your muscles and nerve tissue healthy as well as helping with your metabolism.

  • Spirulina

Spinach is loaded with vitamins and minerals including vitamin K, carotenes (lutein), vitamin C, E, B1,2,6, folic acid, magnesium and iron. It helps with eye sight, preventing cellular degeneration and great for blood health  due to its high iron content to restore energy and vitality.”

  • Matcha
