Juicy Special – The Hangover Helper


Makes one 250ml glass – 263 cals per glass.

2 oranges

2 passion fruit

2 seedless dates

5 tbsp live yoghurt


Juice the oranges and place in a blender. Cut the top off the passion fruit, scoop out the fresh and seeds, then add to the blender with the other ingredients, and mix.

What will it do for me?

Oranges are rich in vitamin C, folic acid and minerals – nutrients that are depleted by heavy drinking. Dates are an easy-to-digest carb that’s perfect for counterbalancing the low-blood-sugar levels that result from too much alcohol, and passion fruit simply tastes delicious! A few spoonfuls of live yoghurt will replenish the natural bacteria in your gut, quelling any nausea or an upset stomach.
