How to keep healthy teeth?

Generally, people are presumed to have healthy teeth. However, the modern diet greatly affects teeth decay. How can we prevent it?
Carbonated drinks are especially harmful because they directly damage the tooth enamel. It is scary to see preschool children with completely destroyed deciduous teeth – as a result of drinking some unhealthy drink.
So, in addition to regular hygiene, you should not forget the importance of proper nutrition. Nutrition should provide some important vitamins and minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, fluorine, vitamins A, D, C, and B complex vitamins.
In this case, the rule is that one should eat food that is less processed (this means the advantage of whole grains and whole-wheat flour products). Foods made with white flour contain a larger amount of starch that sticks to the teeth. Particularly, the most damaging is the combination of starch and sugar.
Raw fruits and vegetables are essential because they clean the teeth during chewing and massage the gums, which contributes to their better blood circulation. In addition, it supplies the body with vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin C, essential for the health of the gums.

Unfortunately, there are those who hate to chew and would rather opt for cooked vegetables.  The mash of overcooked vegetables really does not benefit to the health of the whole body, and  to oral health. So if you want to prevent periodontal disease take a raw fruit and vegetable! Apples, pears, carrots, celery, broccoli, pumpkin, cabbage … Green leafy vegetables, in addition to calcium, contain chlorophyll which cleans teeth and refresh the breath. Also,  nuts are good for teeth.
If you are able to have breakfast at home brush your teeth after eating. Often, snacks between meals will have a negative impact not only on your weight, but also the health of the teeth. Think about this when you consume sugary, acidic and carbonated drinks. You should give advantage to unsweetened green tea because it contains fluoride to prevent cavities.
And if you have the habit of drinking milk or tea with honey before sleeping, drink them first and then brush your teeth.
Beautiful and healthy teeth are the decoration of faces, but even more than that. They are essential for a good health. If you take care of them, your digestive organs, heart, joints and kidneys will surely be appreciated.
