The only thing you will need is a blender – a high speed one is preferred. Below you will find the basic weight loss green smoothie recipe that is very easy to whip up in your blender.
They are quick and easy to make. You will find that they provide you with lots of energy – you will feel great.

Here is the plan. You will be drinking a 24 ounce green smoothie five times a day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and for two snacks during the day.
You don’t have to worry about making it exactly 24 ounces – somewhere close to that – more or less is fine. This is about one gallon of green smoothies per day.
To simplify making your smoothies, you can purchase packages of organic baby spinach and other greens that are washed and ready to eat. You can also purchase frozen fruits.
You can make a large batch to take with you or make smaller batches during the day. Whichever is more convenient for you. Your smoothies should be refrigerated or kept in an insulated thermos bottle.

You can replace the spinach with any other greens and also replace the fruits with any other fruits – watermelon, pineapples, cherries, apples, peaches or blueberries are delicious. Simply choose the fruits you like the best.
If you get hungry during the day, make yourself another smoothie or munch on some more vegetables.
