- Take some raw mangoes. They are easy to get in the months of march and april, after that they ripe. Do not try this with ripe mangoes, it won’t work.
- Peel their outer skin and remove the seed in the center. Throw away the seed. Take the rest and cut it in the smaller parts.
- Boil it, and then drain the water. Take the pulp in a container and put some water, sugar and salt. Then mash it well.
- Put the liquid in a jug, add some ice cubes and serve chilled.
