A study of workers in health care who experience stress while working during nights revealed that taking 170 mg per day of standardized extract of Rhodiola prevent some of the fall series of mental performance during the first two weeks.

3.Avoid smoking: leave this habit, keep stress under control, and you will avoid other health risks. Smoking has sometimes the same effect as coffee and set you in a very active state. The smoke also contains few thousands of dangerous substances that generate cancer and breathe diseases.

4.Take tyrosine: Occasionally taking this amino acid prior to strenuous activity can help maintain your mental abilities. Don’t use very often, its not recommended.

5.Exercise: An easy way to improve your resistance to stress is aerobic exercise. Take on your equipment and go outside, fresh air improves memory and your brain need oxygen to work better.

6.Change your diet. It can be very useful! A sensation of full stomach can make you feel lazy and you don’t need this, eat fruits as much as you can, they are faster digested and boost up your energy in a healthy way.
